A Steering Committee (SC) was convened for City of Hayward’s CBTP. The SC aims to ensure an inclusive outreach process, provide direction on reaching specific groups in the community, review milestone materials, prioritize outreach opportunities and inform and prioritize final recommendations.

SC Meeting #1

The CBTP Team kicked-off the project with an in-person Steering Committee meeting on May 20, 2025 at Hayward City Hall. Following a review of CBTP guidelines and existing study area conditions, the Committee brainstormed potential outreach partners, events, and strategies.
