The Village at Orange Specific Plan will be a long-range plan to guide the revitalization and development of new mix of uses and amenities within the planning area boundary. The plan boundary spans from Heim Avenue (N) to Meats Avenue (S) between Canal Street and Tustin Street (Project boundary shown right). The goal of the specific plan is to revitalize commercial activity at the center, create new opportunities for housing, and create new spaces for community gathering and connection.
