Public Open House and Scoping Meeting
The City of Ontario is updating The Ontario Plan 2050, affecting more than 1,600 acres primarily in southern Ontario, including the new Eucalyptus Business Park Specific Plan (189 acres of business park and open space). At this meeting we will share the scope of the proposed project and the environmental review process the city will undertake.
While project team members and staff will be available to answer questions, all comments on the Notice of Preparation (NOP) MUST be submitted in writing (see instructions below) to be addressed in the official environmental review document.

- Assess property owner development requests while comprehensively planning for future community growth
- Comply with state housing and circulation laws
- Maintain the City's long-range vision and goals
The 30-day NOP review period ended at 5:00 pm on Friday, December 5, 2025.
The public will also have opportunities to comment on environmental issues in Spring 2026 when the Draft SEIR is released for a 45-day public review.
