We invite you to attend a community open house on Thursday, October 8, starting at 6 PM at the Police Station Conference Room (201 Central Valley Hwy) to learn more about proposed updates to the Housing Element, Zoning Map, and Zoning Ordinance that are needed to implement the City's adopted Housing Element.

At the open house, attendees will have an opportunity to:

• Review proposed Housing Element and zoning updates
• Learn why these changes are required under State law
• Ask questions and discuss the proposed changes with the project team
• Provide input before formal State review and adoption proceedings begin
