EJWG meeting 1
The EJWG is a formal group of Shafter residents and stakeholders that collaborates directly with City staff on issues related to Environmental Justice in the General Plan Update.
The first meeting will focus on land use and circulation.
The EJWG meeting will be a focused working session with appointed working group members. Other members of the public will not be able to attend.
The outcomes of the EJWG meetings will be summarized and shared with the community.
Other public engagement activities and opportunities for the general public to provide input on environmental justice matters will be conducted throughout the update process.
